Congratulations. You have completed the OPTIFAST VLCD Academy Accreditation Course and are now a certified OPTIFAST VLCD Accredited Healthcare Professional.

What am I now entitled to?

As an OPTIFAST VLCD Accredited Healthcare Professional you are now eligible to the following:

* Download and print your certificate

* Be listed on our Find an Accredited Healthcare Professional directory on Optifast.com.au

* Access to request free samples & patient resources

* Opportunity to become an OPTIFAST VLCD Accredited Clinic

* Access to NConnect OPTIFAST Healthcare Professional resources including the protocols referenced in the Accreditation Course

When does my accreditation expire?

Your accreditation will need to be refreshed 2 years from the date of your course completion. This date is listed on your certificate. There is no cost for re-accreditation.

How can I get listed on the Find an Accredited Healthcare Professional directory on Optifast.com.au?

If you provided permission to add your contact details to the directory at registration, we will automatically add you to our directory within 2 weeks of course completion. If you did not provide permission to add your details to the directory and would like to be added, please contact us via email at optifastacademy@au.nestle.com or call us on 1800 671 628.
